Terms & Conditions

1. Services

WebBuildly designs and builds custom websites for businesses. Our standard website package includes website design, development, and launch for a one-time fee of $300.

2. Domain Name

Clients are responsible for purchasing and renewing their own domain name. WebBuildly does not include domain registration in the $300 website package. Once the client purchases their domain, WebBuildly will connect the domain to the completed website at no additional charge during the initial setup.

3. Optional Website Care Plan

After the website has been launched, clients may choose to subscribe to the Website Care Plan for $50 per month. The Website Care Plan may include: website updates and maintenance, security monitoring, website backups, minor content changes, technical support, and performance monitoring. The Website Care Plan is completely optional. Clients who choose not to subscribe will still own and keep their website but will be responsible for any future updates, maintenance, or changes unless a separate service is purchased.

4. Payments

The $300 website fee must be paid before the website is launched. Monthly Website Care payments are only required if the client chooses to subscribe. Additional work requested outside the original project or Website Care Plan may require an additional fee.

5. Revisions

The website package includes reasonable revisions during the design process. Requests for major design changes after approval or after launch may require an additional charge.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to: provide all necessary text, images, logos, and business information; ensure they have permission to use any content they provide; and purchase and maintain their own domain name.

7. Website Ownership

Once the project has been paid in full, ownership of the website design and the client's content transfers to the client, subject to any third-party software or license agreements.

8. Third-Party Services

WebBuildly is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, or issues caused by domain registrars, hosting providers, or other third-party services.

9. Refunds

Because each website is custom-designed, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

WebBuildly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or third-party services.

11. Changes to These Terms

WebBuildly may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the WebBuildly website.
